The GC32 TPM Med Cup was closed with ten partials in the locker and the first GC32 win for the British union of America's Cup, Ineos Team UK, which scored in Tolon five partial wins and a third as the worst result of the week

The last punctuable test for the GC32 Racing Tour 2018 was fired with a blank day for the size of the waves in the Rada de Tolón. The victory at the GC32 TPM Med Cup was the British Ineos Team UK. The French Norauto won the GC32 Racing Tour 2018 champion's crown, second for the team led by Franck Cammas.

The day of the GC32 TPM Med Cup presented too harsh conditions for the safety of flying catamarans. The eight GC32 were coming out in the water in the hope of a new show session in a wind of 18-20 knots, ideal for navigation on foils, but the size of the waves in the field of Regatas of Tolon forced the fleet to return to the ground unmarked. The French town of Tolón this week hosts the fifth and last race to the GC32 Racing Tour 2018, the GC32 TPM Med Cup. The French "Norauto" is the strong leader of the provisional general and maximum aspirant to the title, but the forecast of hard winds increases the bets in the fight for the title.

Four days of competition and a part of strong East component winds on the coast of Tolon provides the necessary ingredients for the GC32 TPM Med Cup to become the most dramatic event of the GC32 season. Although the French "Norauto" Team France arrives as a solid leader with eight points of rent in front of the Swiss Realteam, only two points separate it from the French Zoulou, in turn stalked by the minimum by the British "Ineos Team UK": Three ships in three points.
