The students of the seminar held the theoretical classes at the Barceona International Sailing Center in Barcelona

A seminar of National Judges organized by the Real Federación Española de Vela was held at the Centro Internacional de Vela in Barcelona with the collaboration of the Federación Catalana de Vela, whose instructor was Judge Andrés Pérez.

The course was followed by 15 students from Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Cantabria and Galicia who conducted a comprehensive study of the functions and procedures of the protest committees, regulations and practical cases of protest resolution.

In the last day the students conducted an evaluation test. Those who have passed it will have completed their theoretical period to begin the practical for the achievement of their national qualification.
