Important meeting in the Harbour Authority of Vigo between the exploitation services of the institution dependent on Portos del Estado and the Organizing Committee of the European Laser Master Championship composed of the Maritime Liceo of Bouzas and the Maritime Club of Vigo. They attended by Puerto Ana Ulloa as the head of exploitation accompanied by David Castro, while by the clubs were the executive president of the European Manuel Pedro Seoane, as well as the Organizing Committee and the Maritime Liceo of Bouzas José María Martínez Bosch and the president of the Maritime Club of Vigo Zulema Prado Quiroga.

He opened the table Manuel Pedro Seoane who stated that the Organizing Committee had the full support of Concello, Dependación and Consortium Zona Franca, as well as in the sports part of the Xunta de Galicia, who were waiting to position themselves in the section of spaces to be used, to have the Port of Vigo give its opinion of the current situation. Seoane wanted to make it very clear to Ana Ulloa that the event was of great importance: Olympic classes, with more than 150 ships from 20 countries, and that therefore Vigo would be the focus of the European sailing... and that a bad organization could be fatal for the granting of future events to Vigo and Galicia in general, amen of the unwanted image of the City and its Port.

After that, José María Martínez Bosch made it quite clear that Bouzas could not accept the European: "we have the stranded ramp in a state that is not ideal, and it is materially impossible in just over a month to solve it." The witness was taken by Ana Ulloa who coincided with the president of the Liceo in his appreciation. From here on, the meeting focused on solving what was necessary to follow the plan initially planned, with a change in the imprescible.

Finally, the dry marina will be on the Avenida until the so-called "July Verne Pier" which is where it starts the so-called "zero zone."
