The Spanish Federation of Remo reports that it has agreed in Commission Delgada to sell the place of its property on the street Pasaje Antoni Gaudí 4, under the town of Gerundense de Banyoles. CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE AND PRESENTATION OF OFERTAS

The sale will be made as a true body free of charges, taxes and the flow of community quotas.

Any natural or legal person with legal capacity in Spain may choose to acquire it.

The procedure shall be by means of a closed-envelope purchase offer and the seller shall, in addition to the quantity offered, assess the payment period proposed by the bidder to complete the transaction with the signature of the sales deed and the delivery of the property.

The quantity of €120,000,00 is fixed as the minimum tender price, and no offer below this quantity is accepted.

Interested parties should make their offer available to the federal headquarters on Ferraz Street, No. 16-4 ° Izq. 28008 MADRID, in advance of 12: 00 on 8 October 2018. The telematics presentation is not valid.

The RF secretariat shall issue a reception document with the date and time of entry of each offer.

Only the name of the bidder or his representative shall appear outside the envelope. The inclusion of any reference to the price offered would invalidate the offer. The envelope shall include:

• Full details of the bidder. Accreditation of his legal personality. (Articles of incorporation and powers, if any, NIF, home, etc.)
• Tender document signed by the bidder or his legal representative. This document must clearly indicate the amount offered, as well as that all sales costs except for the Land Value Increase (Plusvale) tax will be on the buyer's behalf. If the offer is submitted through an intermediary or agent, the fees of the broker shall always be on the behalf of the buyer. The tender document shall define its proposal as a form of payment and the dates or time limits for the proposed payments, as well as the proposed date or time limit for the signature of the writing and delivery of the property, at which time the full amount offered must be paid.
• The envelope will be opened at 12: 00 on 10 October at 12: 00 at the federal headquarters. A representative of each bidder may attend the opening act of the envelopes.

The recruitment table shall consist of:

• A member of the RF's Board of Directors.
• A member of the Commission.

• The Bureau's deliberations shall be held in private, with the Registrar issuing minutes of the agreements adopted after the meeting of the Procurement Bureau.

The Bureau may refuse or agree to give a 24-hour period of correction or clarification if any offer raises any doubt or is lacking.

The amount offered is not recoverable, nor may it be changed in any case after the opening of the envelope.

The Bureau may establish, in addition to the successful tenderer, an alternate in the event that, in the absence of a successful tenderer, sales could not be improved within the time limits laid down in the relevant public deed.

The Bureau's agreements shall be signed and made public within 24 hours of their adoption.
