The victory in Portals for the United States, for "Quantum"

Quantum Racing today proclaimed itself the winner of Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week. Second in the general is the Azzurra of the Roemmers family... in the first manga they managed to make a fantastic return as in the first buoy they passed ninth and then ended up in the fourth square. In the second they decided to leave the port side of the fleet and won the pin to the Rossa Moon. The race went to the team that defends the colors of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. Azzurra leaves Palma second and already thinking about the opportunity they have in Valencia.

The third place in the drawer was for the Platoon. The most Spanish team of the fleet, as on the ship go up to five Spanish regatists, of which two mallorquins: Más and Calafat. The Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week reaches its last day of competition with the swords on all levels. Quantum Racing had a bad day today which allowed its direct followers to cut something away in the general. And there are up to four teams that are still on fire (five points) of the American sailboat: Azzurra, Luna Rossa, Phoenix and Platoon. The two trials disputed today with little and complicated wind were won by the Rossa Moon and the Sled.

Quantum Racing didn't have his best day today. Nor is it that he is in, but what he did was open a window to his rivals and to the excitement in the face of the last day of race that is held tomorrow in the Bay of Palma. The Americans accumulated a sixth and an eighth and scored 14 points, only one less than they had joined in the previous two days.

The best boat of the day was the Platoon of the German shipowner Harm Müller-Spreer. After doing an off-line on the first sleeve he recovered and ended up in a very meritorious third position. Quantum, without having won a manga, reaffirmed his leadership of the Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week. The American ship continues to show great regularity to master the general of the fourth test of the season of this race circuit. From behind are four teams that are tied with 12 points, four from the American sailboat. Azzurra, Providenza, Luna Rosa and Alegre are well positioned to fight for being on the Puerto Portals podium next Saturday.

The first manga was a Platoon monologue who made the perfect exit in the center of the fleet. The ship of the German Harm Müller-Spreer left more quickly than the rest and just at the time the timer marked zero seconds. 21 / 08 / 2018: Cancelled the first day of the Port Portals 52 Super Series for lack of wind

The absence of wind led to the cancellation of the first day of the race in Puerto Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week... the two sleeves planned for the premiere of the competition in the waters of the Bay of Palma were cancelled at 3: 00 p.m. as the little wind existing did not offer guarantees of being able to make a fair race.

Maria Torrijo, responsible for the competition's Regatas Committee, had no choice but to suspend the sports activity... she was the only one who went out to sea today as the fleet of the ten ships of seven different nationalities remained in port waiting for the time to improve. The Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week brings together the ten best projects in the world of the TP52 class in the waters of the Bay of Palma, ships of seven different nationalities, that come to the meeting with the swords very well sharp after having already exceeded half the calendar of the competition... Providenza defends the triumph achieved last year in the waters of Portals, while the Quantum Racing wants to extend its great moment so that it has brought Mallorca as leader of the 2018 circuit.

Today's race did not count for the classification and will be done from tomorrow to Saturday. Ten barlovento-sotavento sleeves are planned, two each day. The starting hours of the races are one in the afternoon.

Quantum Racing heals in Portals with a succulent income in the general classification over the rest of the fleet. They are the ones who have made the transition to the new ship best and of the three contested races have won two. In the waters of the Balearic Islands, the shipowner Doug DeVos who was already in Zadar (Croatia) is back on the boat. The mythical Dean Barker has left him the position in the TP52 cane. In Portals, in addition to Quantum and Luna Rossa, the Azzurra is expected to win its first race of the season. After a start of season with many problems, new ship and filling the hole left by Vasco Vascotto, they want to be resented with a victory in Portals.
