The Galician candidacy was unanimously approved in Cork

At the Ordinary Assembly of the Youth Cup, held in the Irish city of Cork, the member countries unanimously voted that the Orensian villa of Castrelo de Miño will host the 2021 edition. The candidacy, presented by the president of the Spanish Federation of Remo, Asunción Loriente Pérez, was prepared jointly with the Diputación de Ourense, through the Institute of Economic Development (INORDE), which has been offering its collaboration in recent months to make this project a reality.

The Spanish Federation of Remo highly appreciates the award of this prestigious international competition and has expressed its appreciation for all the support received for the Spanish project to celebrate the Youth Cup in Orense.
