The Spanish Cup of Snipe - XIX Memorial Carlos del Castillo, which was organized by Real Club Astur de Regatas, ended in the Asturian waters. The canaries Gustavo and Rafael del Castillo who left seconds in the general, all went out winning the first manga for less than a second to Martin Bermudez and Rafael Calvo. The Portuguese Tiago and Salvador Roquete were the best in the second manga, the second position was obtained by the Cantabros of the Maritime of Santander, Joaquín Armengot and Salvador Martínez that occupy an intermediate position on the table. For their part, Bermudez and Calvo were third parties and are another of the couples with many chances of triumph, and are placed rooms in the general.
Once again the Nautico de Motril, Guerrero and Martínez won the third and last manga, completing a magnificent day. With this triumph they are located in the third square of the general, only two points from the second classified, the canaries Gustavo and Rafael del Castillo.
For their part, the Asterians Jaime Álvarez-Hevia and Ignacio Braña lose a position in the general and are eleventh, getting a fifth meritorious place in the second manga of the day.

Excellent weather on a typical northern summer day, with a north-east wind that would blow between 7 and 12 knots of intensity, wind sea, on a sunny day with good temperature. With these four ingredients, the three sleeves planned for the day were held in a race field located in the vicinity of the beach of San Lorenzo, under a walking course, with arrival in barlovento.
In the first manga, the representatives of the Real Club Náutico de Madrid, Fabio and Luca Rosa Bruggioni made a good departure and were able to maintain the first position from the beginning to the end of the test, in a highly worked race. The second position was for one of the favorite couples to conquer the Cup, the canaries Gustavo and Rafael del Castillo, which have two European championships and two world subchampionships. Another of the winning candidates, the baleares Daniel Borras and Sara Franchesci would end up in third position.
In the second test, with conditions of sea and wind very similar to the first, another couple from the Nautico de Madrid was the first to cross the line of arrival. On this occasion, Martín Bermudez and Rafael Calvo were made with the manga, followed by the Andalusians of the Náutico de Motril, José M Guerrero and Pablo Martínez. The third place would be for the Portuguese Tiago and Salvador Roquete, another one of the a priori couples with podium options.
