Everyone played the Galicia Cup in their classes.

The afternoon confirmed to all the dominators of their respective qualifying phases except those who sent clearly in 420, Jorge Enríquez and Guillermo Núñez (RCN Vigo), that at the departure of their Medal Race they were penalized for deliberate infringement and ended up leaving the race. They saved, however, the last place on the podium. The title was in Manuel Lorenzo and Guillermo Rodríguez (RCN Sanxenxo), who were five points below the ship of the Nautico and one of Africa Alonso and María Pérez-Canal (RCN Vigo)... and rose with the triumph as third in the final test in front of the fourth place of the regatists of the Nautico Vigués, who went up to the second drawer.

Galega da Vela Week concludes this Sunday in the Vilagarcía Ria, organized by the Royal Galician Federation of Vela... for the time being, Bruno Ameneiro of the Royal Nautical Club of Sanxenxo in optimist and Jorge Enriquezo-Guillermo Núñez of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo in 420.

To the hunt of Ameneiro in the class optimist follow Mencía Casas, his teammate (10 points, 4 more than the leader), who in the last test of the day won his second partial victory of the Week, and now Carlos Bemúdez de Castro (13 points, RCN Coruña), equal to points with Pablo Rodríguez (RCN Rodeira). From behind, the Viguese fleet (Marítimo de Canido and Real Club Nautico de Vigo) trying to scratch positions.

In 420, Enríquez and Núñez, fifth in 2017, aspire to succeed Martín Wizner and Pedro Ameneiro, champions in Vilagarcía last year. Two first positions, and they already add up three in five races, have placed them with a comfortable advantage. On Friday they only made a difference about Africa Alonso and María Pérez-Canal, also from the Nautico, but they have made a fourth and a seventh places and have been overcome by Manuel Lorenzo and Guillermo Rodríguez (RCN Sanxenxo), who have finished third and second in the four and five races and have accumulated 10 points, for 11 the viguesas.

In the Iberian Finn Championship, Miguel Fernández Vasco of the Nautico de La Coruña has been untreatable, followed by the lush Filipe Silva of the Club de Vela de Viana do Castelo, with three seconds. In the fleet, a world-class regatist: the veteran Gerardo Seeliger of the Royal Nautical Club of Barcelona, president of honor of the Finn International and Olympic class in Munich 72 and Montreal 76.

In Laser, division of leaders. In Laser Radial, Roberto Bermudez de Castro (RCN Coruña), with three first positions. The radio control test, of an autonomous nature, was held in the Darsena. With seven ships in the water, the day was entertaining and was followed by young regatists from the pants. There were beautiful dyes... and also some approach. Twelve tests, six of them morning, and title for Tomás Pérez (Boiro Nautical Club). The current champion of Galicia was set in 11 of the 16 races.
