The victory among the children was for Víctor Lorenzo, of the nautical club Serranillo de Toledo in category sub 17 and for the guadalajareña Angela Lozano in category sub 15

It has taken place in the hunting of Lake Gabriel and Galán, the Spanish Cup of Formula Windsurfing and the Extremadura Windsurfing Championship, as well as an exhibition and encounter of children's windsurfing. The organization went to the Granadilla Nautical School, with the support of the Extremean Sailing Federation and the Formula class Windsurf Spain. The CEDER and the municipality of Zarza de Granadilla also collaborated.

Close to 30 participants, they made clear in this region of "Trasiera Tierra de Granadilla" the beauty and spectacularity of this modality of the Sailing. The meeting place of the competition, were the sports facilities of El Rillo, where the athletes had all the facilities for the practice of windsurfing.

Windsurfers of Madrid, Castilla la la Mancha and Extremadura, were the ones who gave the most colorful to this competition and certainly, the Spanish Vela Federation should show greater interest and support to this Spanish Cup for the future.

The wind conditions were not expected, which prevented a normal development of the competition. On the first day of the race, the citizen Eduardo Navarro, proved to be the strongest in the fleet, taking an outstanding advantage over his persecutors. The fight for the second place was tremendous as the Madrileño Fernando Calvo and the Talaverano Alfonso Tertre, arrived 2nd and 3rd respectively without just two seconds of difference between the two. The fourth place was occupied by Pilar Prieto, the fifth being José María Ochoa.

On the second day of competition, they did not accompany the wind conditions and most of the participants were unable to reach the area of the race and others saw their boats stranded on the same shore.

The official results finally gave Pilar Prieto the victory as a women's champion of the Spanish Cup of Windsurf Formula of Internal Waters and José María Ochoa as a winner in the category Male.
