The good waves returned to the beach of A Frouxeira and the quality in the surfing was not made to wait on the sixth day of the Spanish championship 2018. Since 9: 00 in the morning, the best national surfers have testified to the good state of our sport.

The younger are running for surprise in this edition, proof of this are the best scores of the day, starring the canary Paolo Giorgi and the Basque Adur Amatriain who in their first participation in the absolute category did not want to speculate the least by getting the first place in their sleeves.

In the female category, two elimination rounds were carried out in which the semifinals were defined with a clear mastery of the Basque surfers who get six out of the eight places. Leticia Canales, who returns to the Spanish championship after his absence from injury in the last edition, again shows his high level of surfing getting the highest wave combination of the day with 13.93 points on his manga of quarter finals.

The Masters, over 35, enjoyed an intense day in which the finalists were decided. The current champion Eric Rebiere will face the Asturian Fernando Pérez and the Cantabros Pablo Solar and Dani García tomorrow.
