First phase completed in the Ria de Vigo for the 27th Galicia Championship by club teams, organized by the Viguese Nautico, which as was supposed to become a fight without barracks marked for equality.

The organization carried out the program and the forty-five clashes were held between the ten teams (round robin format, all against all) that have given the pass to the second phase to the two teams of the Maritime of Canido (third and fifth), trained by Hilda Martín, and to the teams A of the real nautical clubs of Sanxenxo (finished first), Vigo (second), led by Alejandra Suárez, and A Coruña (fourth).

With winds never exceeding 8 knots and a battle in the water that lasted almost seven hours, RCN Sanxenxo A - the current champion - made full (9 meetings, 9 wins) and the A of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo scored 7 wins, with defeats to Sanxenxo A and Coruña A. After them, Maritime A, Coruña A and Maritime B ended up tied to 6 points (6-3).

This weekend is held in the waters of the Vigo River, the Galician Championship of Optimist by Clubs, which sponsors Aguas de Sousas and organizes the Real Nautical Club of Vigo... in it will compete ten teams per league system to a return... the winner will represent Galicia in Orihuela in the National to be held from July 5 to 8.

This year, each club can register two teams, with the obligation that they be mixed. The nautical clubs of Vigo, Rodeira, Sanxenxo and A Coruña and the Maritime of Canido have presented to their best values and will compete on Saturday and Sunday at 11: 00.

The organization has scheduled a total of 45 qualifying phase races that will open the Vigo A RCN and Coruña B. RCN Depending on time, two other leguillas (gold and silver, of five teams each) would later be created and the three best of the gold group would fight for the title.
