From 28 to 31 August, the new Trophy of the Multicascos inherits the principles in its origins four decades ago... back in 1980: offer attractive regats for the participants, promote coexistence and exchanges between the crews, and support technological innovations... but the sport of the candle, is not the only engine of such a meeting to offer the public a permanent animation in the port of La Trinité sur Mer: in a village near the capital, the crews and the spectators can share many moments...

The event aims to discover many ships and patterns that will participate in the Rum Route, two months later: large multicascos and ex-trimarans of the 80's will be mixed for four days in the Bay of Quiberon.

A dozen multicascos are already registered... among them... Group 3: Loïck Peyron (Happy, ex Friends); Pierre Antoine (Olmix, ex Gamin); Christophe Boucault & Jacques Vapillon (Irvi, ex Fleury Michon); Yann Maliley (No Limit); Group 2: Antoine Rabaste (Ultim'Emotion-ex Gitana 11), Alain Gautier (Sensation, ex Foncia in 2).
