The market for recreational craft remains positive, with a growth of 7% in the first four months of 2018. Until April, 1,480 vessels have been registered compared to 1,388 registered in the same period in 2017. Of the total number of vessels registered in these first four months, 453 are intended for nautical charter (rent), with an equally growth of 7%.

Catalonia, Andalusia and the Balearic Islands continue to lead the national nautical market until April. In the charter market, the Balearic Islands, the Valencia Community and Catalonia occupy the first positions.
