The International Association of CLIA Cruise Lines, the unified voice of the global cruise community, has announced the Summer at Sea 2018 summit. This is an exclusive and emblematic event for all the players in the cruise industry, which will take place from 11 to 14 October of this year on board the Symphony of the Seas of Royal Caribbean International.

The new dates of the event were announced at the Annual Business on the Beach of CLIA, held at the Seatrade Cruise Global last March before more than 450 CLIA executive partners and cruise line managers.

The Symphony of the Seas, the new ship on the cruise line, brings together the most acclaimed and award-winning features only present in Royal Caribbean, with new and different experiences that will continue to offer adventures to guests of all ages. New gastronomic concepts, water, air and ice activities and impressive family suites will join the exclusive Royal Caribbean line. The Symphony of the Seas won the title of the world's largest cruise ship when it debuted in March 2018 in the inaugural season in Europe.

During their stay on board, the attendees will have access to guided backstage tours, opportunities to make contacts and the possibility of establishing social relations during the tours. In previous editions, the summit took place at the Preziosa MSC and the Queen Elizabeth of Cunard Cruise Line. The event is part of the renewed CLIA Executive Partners Program, which currently has more than 340 partners including ports and destinations, companies dedicated to travel, tourism, supply and professional services.
