The Portuguese J80 "Miudo," armed by Rui Ramada and patronized by his daughter Francisca Barros, was the winner this weekend of the Infinitus Rent Trophy, the winter league of J80 monotypes organized by Mount Real Club de Yates since last January.

After more than three months of competition, the championship was fired from Baiona with the sixth and last day of the tests, in which the sailing participants were held the last three races that ended up defining the winning podium. Three sleeves that were held with very good conditions and that allowed to keep the emotion to the end, with the crews giving the best of themselves in the water.

The great prize of the Infinitus Rent Trophy was finally taken by the Miudo, a boat of the club BB Douro de Vila Nova de Gaia that sails the Mount Real Club of Yates, in which they alternated to the cane Francisca Barros and Afonso Leite. Both patterns, the youngest of the competition, kept the Miudo in the honorary positions for almost all the tests and resolved the championship in the last day up to the first position.

The Okofen of Javier de la Gandara, who came to the final among the favorites to be made with the triumph, tied to points in the classification with the Miudo, once again collided on the podium of winners, but this time with the bronze medal. The silver of the Infinitus Rent Trophy was taken by the Vidito of Miguel Lago, who fought throughout the competition to stay at the honours and finally got it. The Cansino del comandoro del Monte Real, Fernando Yáñez; and the Meltemi del Real Club Náutico de A Coruña, patroniado por Guillermo Blanco; held the fourth and fifth position that they carried from the penultimate day.
