Miguel Reboreda of the Royal Nautical Club of Portosín and Denis Rodríguez of Vigo, were proclaimed winners among the masters of the Galician and Portuguese laser, successes harvested in their respective general classifications of the standard and the radial, of the Trophy Naval Effects Betanzos, which organized the maritime lyceum of Bouzas.

In the case of the Coruñés regatist he managed to make all his regatas triumphs, so he ended up with only 4 points... he was followed by the olive oil Iago Carballo, from the Bouzas Maritime Liceo, an organizing entity, with 9 points. The third was the Herculino José Manuel Losada, of the Real Club Náutico de La Coruña.

In the Radials, Rodríguez turned to the scepter who until this Sunday held the luso Serafim Gonçalves. The regatist of the Galician Federation of Vela recorded three first in the Sunday tests, crowning the podium with 5 points, resulting from the combination of the sleeves on Saturday. With the silver stand, the Portuguese Gonçalves, from the Nautico Povoense Club, had to be formed with 6 points. And third was the local Manuel Gestoso, from the Bouzas Liceo, with 13 points.

Difficult day at the opening of the Laser Master Galicia Regata 2018 which, under the sponsorship of the Naval Effects Jesus Betanzos, organizes the Bouzas Maritime Liceo in the Ria de Vigo. The harsh sea and wind conditions complicated the navigation of the veterans of the modality, so the Committee, solamene, was able to validate two of the three sleeves planned.

The general classifications are led by Miguel Reboreda, of the Real Club Náutico Portosín, in Standard; to whom Iago Carballo and Juan Manuel Martinez-Pazó, both of the Bouzas Liceo; and the Portuguese Serafim Gonçalves, of the Sporting Club of Porto, which he commands in Radial, with Denis Rodríguez and Jorge Ferrer, of the FG Vela and of the Club of Porto, respectively. Both Reboreda and Gonçalves recorded two first partials in each of their Standard and Radial modalities.

Between 5 and 11 October of this year, the Bouzas Maritime Liceo and the Vigo Maritime Club organize the European Laser Master Championship in the Vigo Ria, in which more than 150 ships from about 20 countries are expected to participate.
