In this competition, the city of Barcelona has also had a new focus of dissemination and projection linked to sailing and nautical activity.

This decision undoubtedly compromises years of effort and investment to make Barcelona what it is now, a city open to the sea, where much remains to be done and, unfortunately, this is a very hard blow.

We want this suspension to be reversed in the near future and thus to maintain Barcelona as the historic venue of major international sports events.
