The Canaria Melania Suárez and the French Mathis Crozon won in Espinho

Melania Suárez wins the "Júnior Pro Espinho" test of the World Surf League... the Canary surfer gets her first victory in a WSL event after beating in the final to the Basque Nadia Erostarbe that finished second.

Exciting final day in the "Junior Pro Espinho" from Portugal that was resolved yesterday under very changing conditions and a large number of spectators who met in the Praia de Baia.

Melania completed a spectacular day in the final with a combination of waves of 11.40 points. After the conclusion of the Suarez competition he was very happy to achieve this victory in the face of complicated conditions: "It was very difficult, you could not hear anything with the wind. I found out I'd won once I got to the beach!"
