The Xunta alert reduces to one day the Martín Barreiro in Vigo
Tomás Pires de Lima del Clube de Vela Atlántico de Leixóes in standard laser, Pedro Salgado del Club Marítimo de Canido in laser 4.7 and Miguel Fernández del Real Club Náutico de La Coruña in the Finn class in the Martín Barreiro, which organizes the Real Club Náutico de Vigo for light sailing. Only Pablo Cabello and Javier Lago del Náutico Vigués, champions of the world, could not revalidate the triumph in vaurien, by falling to the third final square in an exciting triple tie.
The Nautico de Vigo was imposed in vaurien and in Snipe, while the Nautico de La Coruña was pointed out the victory in radial laser and in finn, the rest of the victories being distributed the Atlantic Sailing Clube of Porto (Laser Standard), the Nautico of Sanxenxo (420) and the Maritime of Canido (Laser 4.7).
The Laser class, a Galician classification, was dominated by Tábara (Radial) and Pires de Lima (Standard), which won the two tests. More complicated was the triumph of Pedro Salgado in 4.7: he signed a third place in the first race won by his club partner Pedro Fernández, and was imposed in the second, with Fernández third. In both sleeves Pablo Reboreda (RCN Portosin) finished second. The triple tie to four points was undone by the second and last of the races.
It was an identical triple tie in Vaurien. The regularity of the world champions, Cabello and Lago (two seconds), who this year had won everything (Spanish Championship, Spanish Cup, Iberian Championship and World Championship), had no award. Old, of illustrious world name júnior champion in this class (the 1980s), and Alvaro Morais were third and first, debunking Italian Francesco Zampacavallo and Carlos Francois (RCN Valencia), subchampions by winning the first race and going down to the third position in the second.
In Finn, Miguel Fernández (RCN La Coruña) put the two tests out and won the two tests, as well as a year earlier, while in Snipe, the local Patricio de He and Mario Pérez (RCNV) were imposed with a second position and a triumph: no one was more regular than them.
In 420, the largest double class, huge battle between Jacobo García and Antoni Ripoll (RCN Sanxenxo), the Sanxenxo Nautico and the Oza Sea, with Martin Wizner and Pedro Ameneiro (RCN Vigo). Tie to three points results in the second test by beating those.
