The XX Surfari Mar Menor is closed and it does so with note when it brings together in three days of competition 120 tables of windisurf in the Mar Menor. It also does so with the first 'coastal' race, which was held on the Saturday day and with two important titles in play: Spanish Championship for Autonomies for Formula Windsurf, which has fallen into Andalusia, and the International Cup Division II that has been for Alex Buchau. Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha and Comunidad de Madrid, have been the podium of the National by Autonomías in the Windsurf class
One of the new developments in the present edition of the Surfari Mar Menor 2017 has been the title for Autonomy in the Formula Windsurf class. After obtaining the different results of the regatists in their respective autonomous communities the balance makes Andalusia take the trophy as the first team. The second square has been for the representatives of Castilla la Mancha while the Community of Madrid is made with bronze.
Alex Buchau, in Division II and three tests today completed the program with ten, is done with the absolute triumph by adding 9 points. The podium is completed with Omar Juan, 13, and Humberto Martínez who gets 24. The Raceboard class, with seven tests completed during the two days of competition, and the first punctuable test for the Spanish Cup of the class, is closed with the absolute podium formed by Lea Sitja, followed by Javier López and Jaime Andrés. In the fema category the title has been for Laura Cabezas.
Andalusia has copped the absolute podium in the Formula Windsurf class. Fernando Lamadrid (CN Puerto Sherry) has been untreatable in the Minor Sea, seven out of seven. The second square has been for Carlos Ortíz who has stayed 11 points from Lamadrid, while his sister, Pilar Lamadrid, also from Puerto Sherry, has been third and first female, 21 points from the winner.
The Open class, which has completed in the two days five tests, remains the podium configured with two Valencian representatives and both of the Sea Surf Patrol: Vicente Jorge Aliaga with 9 points, followed by Elena Voyer with 12 and by the Mellillense Alberto Colomer who adds 15 after applying a discard in this class.
As for the Open Slalom, a class that has closed its participation with four tests and one discard, the podium is completed with Ricardo Arce (2-1-1-1) adding 3 points. He has been followed by the local José Pedro with 7 and Alex López who has obtained an 8-point profit.
The Sub14 podium has been for Azul Sánchez (RCM Melilla) with the partial of 2-1-1-1-1-2-1-1 that after applying the two discards adds up to 6 points. The young mulillense also takes home the title as the first female. In the second square the local Álex López (CN Mar Menor) with 12 points and close the podium of Puerto Sherry, Armando Lamadrid.
14 / 10 / 2017: Second day of the Surfari Sea Minor with 120 tables in competition
The second day of the 20th edition of the Surfari Mar Menor 2017 has been the main and only protagonist of the 120 windsurfing tables that have invaded and offered a great show in the waters of the Mar Menor. A second day of competition in which the classes of Fomurla Windsurf, Raceboard, Open, Open Slalom and Open SUB14 have been incorporated, the latter highlights the participation of 24 young people who start in windsurfing, from Melilla, Extremadura, Andalusia, Valencia Community and Murcia Region.

In Division II with three tests completed and in which the International Cup, the regatist of Formentera, Alex Buchau, is at stake, continues to lead by adding to its partials a 1-1-2, with 7 points in its locker after applying the discards. He is followed by Omar Juan Moreno, also from the same club (2-1-1) adding 10 points and Humberto Martínez (RCR Cartagena) than with the partials of today (3-3-3) adding 20 points.
CN regatist Puerto Sherry, Fernando Lamadrid, has assumed command in the Formula Windsurf class with three partial wins. The second square is for Alfonso Teatre, who began his singladura in Los Alcázares with a second place to finish with two third parties. The third place has been for Eduardo Navarro, who has not had a good start, sixth, but then has improved with two second places.
The Raceboard class has also closed the day with three tests. The Austrian Lea Sitja has imposed its law on the Minor Sea with three first places. After him, Jaime Andrés de Extremadura in the second square with 2-3-2 and the Catalan of the nautical Port D'Aro, Antonio Rodríguez that adds 8 points, one more than the second and five of the first.
The RCM of Melilla has been the great protagonist in Los Alcázares by placing two regatists in the first and second places respectively, in the Open class that has closed the day with two tests. Alberto Colomer is a leader with 5-4, which makes him add 9 points. The second position is for Cristina Padilla, with 8-3 and 11 points in her locker. The third position of the provisional podium is for the Bat Nico Nieto (W Punta Olas) with the partials of 7-6 and a total of 13 points.
In Slalom, with a complete test, Ricardo Arce has been the leader in the award of the test of the day. As for the SUB14, with four completed tests, the Azul Sánchez melillense (RCM Melilla) is placed at the head of the group (2-2-1-1) by adding four points after a discard. The second square is for the local Alex López (CN Mar Minor) with 5 points and the third is for Armando Lamadrid (CN Puerto Sherry) with 9 points.

Division II opens fire in the Surfari Mar Menor 2017. Tomorrow Friday, October 13, they're going to be the first to go into competition. The fleet plans to fight the International Cup, so the best of the specialty are already the beach of Carrión, next to the CN Mar Menor Los Alcázares to fight this important test, within the framework of the Surfari Mar Menor on its twentieth anniversary and to which come about 70 windsurfers spread in the four classes present in the Mar Menor, from Catalonia, Valencia Community, Andalusia, Community of Madrid, Castilla Mancha, Baleares and Region of Murcia.

The Division II fleet has three days of competition with 12 scheduled tests, with a maximum of four tests per day. On the second day, Saturday 14, they will be fighting a journey to Perdiguera Island, along with the rest of the fleets that will already enter the competition: Open, Formula Windsurf and Raceboard. The top of the first test of the day has been set at 12: 00.
10 / 10 / 2017: A new edition of the Surfari Mar Menor 2017 is presented in Los Alcázares
The Surfari Mar Menor 2017, which is celebrating its twentieth anniversary, has been officially presented this morning at the City Hall of Los Alcázares, with the presence of Anastasio Bastida, Mayor of Los Alcázares; Manuel Fernández, Director General of Tourism; Amador Ferrer, President of the Nautical Station Mar Menor; Arturo García, President of the Federation of Sailing the Region of Murcia and José María Cano, representing the Nautical Club Mar Menor.

The town hall of Los Alcázares has been the chosen stage for the setting of the race and great windsurfing party in the Minor Sea. A test to be held between 13 and 15 October
A test that will take place this next weekend, October 13-15, on Carrion Beach, in front of the nautical club, will have the best of the specialty at a great windsurfing party. An edition that comes with important developments, as Ferrer, president of the Mar Menor Nautical Station, has said in his intervention.
