Cantabria, Galicia, Tenerife y Gran Canaria acogen las pruebas de un circuito que determinará al rider más regular de la temporada

Cantabria, Galicia, Tenerife and Gran Canaria welcome the tests of a circuit that will determine the most regular rider

The Atlas Pirate Contest of Suances in Cantabria opened the 2017 Open National Circuit which will continue in October and November with the holding of the three remaining tests: Copa Galicia, Punta Blanca and the Spanish Championship in Galdar.

The Bodyboard Open National Circuit started with the celebration (2 and 3 September) of the Atlas Pirate Contest, which distributed the first 1400 points of the 2017 season. The cantabre Luis Perez "Gigi" was the winner of the trial, ahead of the Galician Bruno Martín, the Basque Julio de Diego and the Andaluz Iñaki Rementeria.

In the coming dates, the circuit will be moved to Galician waters to fight the Galicia Cup, scheduled for October and pending confirmation of date. Like the Atlas Pirate Contest and the Punta Blanca Championship (Tenerife), 1400 points will be distributed to the general ranking. The Bodyboard Spanish Championship, scheduled for the end of November in Galdar (Gran Canaria), will be the star test of the season with 2600 points. The sportsman who adds the most points counting his three best results will become the champion of the National Circuit of Bodyboard Open 2017.
