The Mayor of Vigo, Abel Caballero, the Xeral Secretary for or Sport of the Xunta of Galicia, Marta Migez, and the president of the Royal Nautico Club, Rafael Tapas, fired this afternoon the Viguese expedition that will take part in the world of J70 to be held, starting next Monday, in the Italian waters of Sardinia.
As special envoys, patterns and crews will serve as olive ambassadors to promote the continental that the city of Vigo will host in June of next year, including the Sailway, Gonzalo Araújo; the Pazo de Cea, Andrés González Cominges and the brothers Ramón and Rodrigo Ojea; the Petit Palace Hotels, Jesús Pintos and Laureano Wizner; the Green and Red April, Luís and Jorge Pérez Canal, respectively; and the Marnatura of José Luís Freire, who will be taken to the cane by one of them, and by the other Nicolás Lugalis.
To the appointment at the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda de Portocervo, with a record of registered, will be added other Spanish crews that also sail on a regular basis in the Circuito Ciudad de Vigo, such as the Noticia, by Jose M. Segers, Luís Martín Cabiedes and Pichu Torcida; the Correa Kessler, by José Francisco Correa; the Fermax, by Gustavo Martínez Dorese and Germán Panei; the Let it Be, by Marcelo Baltzer; and the Rebuff, by David Marco, among the 173 registered in the World.
