So many of the national surfers of reference have moved there, so, people of the size of Aritz Aranburu, Gony Zubizarreta, Hodei Collón, Andy Criere or Vicente Romero in the male category and Garazi Sánchez, Ainara Aymat, Ariane Ochoa, Lucia Martiño or Leticia Canales, in the female category, have been disputing during this week (22-25 August) the evidence that is disputed in Chambre d'Amour, Anglet, Nouvelle- Aquitaine, France, the 2017, "The national surfers, they played a great role in reaching the noble rounds of the championship, Lucía Martiño reached round 3 in the female picture and in the male category Gony Zubizarreta, Jonathan González and Hodei Collón reached the quarter finals while the Basque Arritz Aranburu arrived with options to the last day of competition in which the Moroccan Ramzi Boukhiam took the victory.
