The GC32 start to compete tomorrow in Palma for the crown of the 36 Cup of the King MAPHRE, the third punctuable test for the GC32 Racing Tour 2017. This is the second participation of the flying catamarans in the Spanish test, in which they share protagonism with nine other classes in which some of the best regatists in the world compete.
Ten teams will compete in Palma for the third title of the season. With the local hero's vitola the Spanish Movistar of the double Olympic medalist Iker Martínez, who reaches friendly waters in the hope of making the intense training of the last few weeks profitable: "We're on our best level. We've been training and improving the ship. We have good speed and control the maneuvers. If we do not get complicated, we can aspire to the podium, which would be an excellent result for us...
