The Adrián Hotels Macaronesia Regatas Team has become the reference of the Canary Islands in the national cruise circuit. The ship armed and patronized by Daniel Adrián premiered season in Barcelona participating in the prestigious Trophy Conde Godó and its next goals will be in August the Copa del Rey Mapfre and in September the return to the archipelago competing in the Ocean Regata Huelva-La Gomera.

The 36 Copa del Rey Mapfre is considered the Mediterranean summit race. 140 vessels of 24 different nationalities will participate. The Adrián Hotels will participate in the class ORC 1, as it did in Barcelona where it ended up at the Top Ten. In Palma de Mallorca he will be back in the queen class, with 34 registered ships, and that will be held between July 31 and August 5.

Daniel Adrián explains that "we started the season by participating in the Championship of Catalonia and Trophy Conde Godó where we were able to try the best ships and we arrived at the Copa del Rey Mapfre with great desire as we face the highest level fleet with professional crews and will culminate our peninsular turf with the Huelva-La Gomera."

After the Copa del Rey Mapfre the Adrián Hotels will take a course to the Canary Islands and will take part in the Ocean Regata Huelva-La Gomera, from 2 to 9 September. This year marks the 525 anniversary of the Discovery of America. It will be the return home of the Adrián Hotels, team that will participate for the fourth time in the race between Palos / Mazagon and San Sebastián de la Gomera.

And once in the Canary Islands the Adrián Hotels Macaronesia will participate in the races of the canary circuit such as the Prince of Asturias in Gran Canaria and the Infantas Trophy of Spain in Tenerife.

The crew of the Adrián Hoteles Macaronesia is 100% canaria, and where its shipowner Daniel Adrián, has always sought the presence of regatists all the islands on his team where there are 5 crew members from Tenerife, 3 from Palma and 1 from La Gomera, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria.

This season the Adrián Hotels has acquired a new boat with which it will compete in the ORC class. It is a model Sydney 43 GTS, built in 2014 and in the 2015 season it rose to the podium in 8 of the 10 races in which it participated with victories in the Fasnet Rock, North Sea Race and fourth place in the Cowes Week, among other successes.
