The 18th edition Trophy Hotel Carlos I Silgar was officially presented, which is the tradition of the Royal Nautical Club of Sanxenxo. The event is again the Gallego de Cruises ORC Championship, and will be held on August 4, 5 and 6, coming to the same vessels of the Galician community that will seek the scepter of absolute champions, having as the first objective their first place in their respective categories. In each day and in view of the weather conditions the Regatas Committee will choose a tour, among the several that it will propose in advance, that they contemplate from the traditional defeats around the Islands of Ons and Onza, the classic barloventos-sotavento in a field mounted in the wind on buoys, or the navigation inside the pontevedresa river. The Committee maintains the intention to hold a combination of technical and coastal sleeves, thus balancing the percentage of sailboats that sail better in buoya or those that are better defended with coastal tracks.
