ANEN asks to speed up the formalization of professional ship repair qualification
Yesterday, a meeting of the ANEN team was held at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, attended by the Director-General for Vocational Training, Rosalía Serrano Velasco, and the Deputy Director-General for Guidance, Vocational Training and Dual FP, Soledad Iglesias Jiménez, whose aim was to continue to advance the development of vocational training for the nautical sector. In this meeting, ANEN has called for the publication of the title of a medium-level professional training technician in the maintenance and repair of boarding, which is already pending approval by the Council of Ministers.
It has also been proposed to set up a joint working table for the development of the training programme of the degree of Senior Vocational Training Technician in Maintenance and Repair of Recreation Embarges, in order to complete the entire training cycle in this specialty. This would include a new stage of training for young people up to the age of 20, who would be more qualified for the development of a career in recreational nautical.
