Provizza was today the winner of the Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week. The ship of the Turkish shipowner Ergin Imre won the victory after finishing fourth in the only manga that could be celebrated today and that won the Quantum. This partial victory of Doug DeVos's American sailboat allows him to take the second place on the podium of Mallorca with the same points as the Azzurra that ends third. The Roemmers family sailboat maintains its leadership in the general classification of the circuit.

When María Torrijo, head of the Regatas Committee, announced on the radio to the fleet that a second manga would not be disputed, a jubile explosion occurred in the Turkish sailboat's bathtub. It has been many years to wait, Ergin Imre is a sailboat and today his cane Peter Holmberg and all the crew have given him one of the greatest joys of his life. That sound of the race radio, it knew glory. And immediately the other ships of the fleet passed by the Turkish sailboat to show their respect and congratulate them on the deserved triumph. It has been an excellent moment of camaraderie in the water that was later repeated in the pants and in a massive trophy delivery in which Ergin Imre broke to cry surrounded by his people with his first winning trophy on the 52 Super Series.

Provizza thus becomes the fifth project to win a race of 52 SUPER SERIES. In the six years that this circuit has been fighting, there have been five projects that have won such as the Quantum Racing, Azzurra, Rán Racing, Platoon and Providenza.

Today's day has started with a 40-minute delay. At that time it was known that it was almost impossible for two exits to take place. So, Provizza had more options to win and the goal was clear to swim and save the clothes. They went out in the center of the fleet without risk and that was good for them to go to rooms in the first corner. They made accounts and that was worth it. Quantum and Azzurra were hit by the triumph, but it was decided when at the crossing passed the ship of DeVos. The two of you were worth that position, and that's how you finished your sleeve. Bronenosec made a third. Provizza entered fourth and assured the triumph of constancy. Puerto Portals was a party.

27 / 07 / 2017: Revolution in the Portals 52 Super Series in the absence of two sleeves...

Up to six ships can be proclaimed tomorrow champions of the Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week. The equality that was expected from the very first moment in this race is taking place and the fleet faces the last day with such a tight classification that any of the six ships that lead it can become winners of the fifth test of the season of this circular.

The one who has it best, by simple arithmetic, is the Provider of the Turkish shipowner Ergin Imre. Yesterday they were the best in the water not only when they were in front of them but also when they were behind them. In three sleeves it gave time for everything and today the ship led by the experienced Peter Holmberg cane was able to win a manga, keep a second position in the first and climb from the last position to the fifth in the third and final test of the day. This is how the victories are founded, not only must we know how to win, but we must know how to react to mistakes. And that happened on the last sleeve when they penalized with an off-line, like Sled and Bronenosec, to which they added another penalty. But although they were last and very late in the first meeting with the beacons of barlovento they did not cease in their commitment and the fruit to their work was that they finished fifths after a melé in the line of arrival with Ran and Sled. All three ships entered in three seconds

Provizza is the leader of the general in Puerto Portals with three points of advantage over the Platoon. The German ship, but with five Spanish crew members, has achieved the regularity that made them world champions in Scarlino last May. They have six sleeves in a row without falling off the fourth square and that's a very important asset. They have not won a single test in Portals, but they reach the final day with all the options open.

The Azzurra has also been very solid today which in the first two sleeves has gone from less to more and in the third it has been very comfortable simply going behind the Quantum. Italians, Americans and Germans are still in their fierce battle for the title of the season and that struggle can benefit Provizza tomorrow in his aspirations to win the fifth race of the season and, in passing, to become the fifth team to win in 2017 one of the five races disputed.

The other two teams that retain options for the victory tomorrow are the Sled of the shipowner Takashi Okura and the Rán Racing of Niklas Zennström that in the second manga was able to recover from the last to the second place with an extraordinary treadmill and a dyed. The date of the year, no doubt. The general in the absence of the last day is as follows:

1. Provides (Ergin Imre, TUR) (6,1,7,3,5,2,1.5) 30 points
2. Platoon (Harm Müller-Spreer, GER), (5,9,3,3,3,4,4.3) 33
3. Azzurra (Roemmers family, ITA / ARG), (3,6,1,7,7,3,5.2) 34
4. Quantum Racing (Doug DeVos, USA), (4,4,6,5,2,8,1) 35
5. Rán Racing (Niklas Zennström, SWE), (1,2,2,8,8,8,2,7) 36
6. Sled (Takashi Okura, USA), (8,3,8,1,7,3,6) 37
7. Bronenosec (Vladimir Liubomirov, RUS), (7,5,5,4,4,1,9,8) 43
8. Gladiator (Tony Langley, GBR) (9,7,4,6,9,6,7,4) 52
9. Alegre (Andrés Soriano GBR / USA) (2,8,9,9,9,9,6,9) 60

26 / 07 / 2017: The American Sled places Rán Racing in the 52 Super Series of Portals

The Sled of the American shipowner Takashi Okura today had the round day in the Bay of Palma. He won the two sleeves that were disputed from the Port Portals 52 Super Series Sailing Week and he approaches the Ran Racing leader who today did not have a good day with an eighth and a sixth. The other team that came back from the long day with a spectacular loot was the Platoon of the Calafat Mallorquins and More than with two partial podiums it remains only three points from the Swedish leadership.

Sled is one of the longest projects and Okura is one of the most loyal shipowners to the competition. In 2015 they ended up in the third final position of the season which has been their most important moment within the competition. Today they have signed one of their best days in the race with two convincing first positions that put them very close to the Rán Racing and give them opportunities to fight for what would be their first win in a Super Series date. And it has a lot of merit for the work they have done in the Sled because the race field today was truffled with wind wells and traps. At no time has a clear line been seen and Sled has had to go the whole race without reference to find the best place to navigate without mistakes to keep the two sleeves' leadership.

The great beneficiaries of the day, in addition to the Sled, have been the Quantum Racing of the shipowner and cane Doug DeVos and the Platoon of the also 'Corinthian' Harm Müller-Spreer. They have not won any manga yet in Puerto Portals, but their regularity is placing them in the right place to fight for victory on Friday and also, no doubt, to fight with the Azzurra that has signed today two septs for the final victory of the season of 52 SUPER SERIES.

1. Rán Racing (Niklas Zennström, SWE), (1,2,2,8.6) 19 points.
2. Sled (Takashi Okura, USA), (8,3,8,1,1) 21
3. Quantum Racing (Doug DeVos, USA), (4,4,6,5.2) 21
4. Platoon (Harm Müller-Spreer, GER), (5,9,3,2,3) 22
5. Provides (Ergin Imre, TUR) (6,1,7,3.5) 22
6. Azzurra (Roemmers family, ITA / ARG), (3,6,1,7.7) 24
7. Bronenosec (Vladimir Liubomirov, RUS), (7,5,5,4.4) 25
8. Gladiator (Tony Langley, GBR) (9,7,4,6,9) 35
9. Alegre (Andrés Soriano GBR / USA) (2,8,9,9,8) 36

25 / 07 / 2017: Rán Racing makes it clear that he is in Portals to win the appointment of the 52 Super Series

The Rán Racing was serious... no one doubted it... but today it has made it very clear that he has come to Puerto Portals to take the second consecutive win on the 52 Super Series circuit. The Swedish shipowner and cane boat Niklas Zennström made two seconds and remained the leader of the ballast race with five points of advantage over the Azzurra and nine on the duo formed by Protenzza and Quantum. The two sleeves of the day were won by the Protenzza and the Azzurra.

The exits are always fundamental in the Bay of Mallorca. And today was no exception. The two ships that have left through the favored place have won the sleeves. In the first was the Protenzza who from the hand of the Peter Holmberg cane won the side of the viewer. From that situation they controlled the fleet and let the rest stick. As it happened in the two steps through the barlovento beacon. In the first, it was the Azzurra who, after not controlling a wind roll, ran out of space and threw himself over the Platoon and was penalized. In the second step through that same buoy it was the Platoon who had to make a 360-degree turn after a slight touch with the Bronenosec. The Germans no longer had time to recover and they ended up last.

Before the second exit was given there was a game aborted by a general call. The Regatas Committee was unable to know which ships had come out of line, probably the vast majority, and decided to return to the exit box. There, with a small role to the right, it was Vascotto who told Guillermo Parada, the Azzurra cane, to go out on the Committee. Not without much risk in the maneuver the Argentine put the ship in the right place and at the maximum speed as appearing out of nowhere. This is how another comfortable victory was built. The others had to stick, well, all but the Ran that in the second square was most comfortable. After three races held, the general in Puerto Portals is as follows:

1. Rán Racing (Niklas Zennström, SWE), (1,2.2) 5 points.
2. Azzurra (Roemmers family, ITA / ARG), (3,6,1) 10
3. Provides (Ergin Imre, TUR) (6,1.7) 14
4. Quantum Racing (Doug DeVos, USA), (4,4.6) 14
5. Platoon (Harm Müller-Spreer, GER), (5,9.3) 17
6. Bronenosec (Vladimir Liubomirov, RUS), (7,5,5) 17
7. Alegre (Andrés Soriano GBR / USA) (2,8,9) 19
8. Sled (Takashi Okura, USA), (8,3.8) 19
9. Gladiator (Tony Langley, GBR) (9,7,4) 20

24 / 07 / 2017: Niklas Zennström wins the only race of the day of the 52 Super Series in Portals

Rán Racing keeps his sweet moment. The Swedish ship arrived in Puerto Portals after it proclaimed itself a winner in Porto Cervo and did so with an undisputed triumph in the only manga that could be celebrated today in the waters of the Bay of Palma. Alegre and Azzurra accompanied him in the first positions of the general.

The bay was not yesterday the reliable race field it usually is. The race had to be postponed for an hour because there was no stable wind. When the exit was given to the first sleeve there was a wind of 13 knots from the west, something unusual here. But that wind gave only for half a sleeve. When Bronenosec was clearly the leader of the race by passing through the sotavento Maria Torrijo, head of the Regata Committee, he decided to suspend the test as the entire fleet was without wind. The fall of that strange wind in Palma made it necessary to wait for the usual breeze to begin in the race area and that didn't happen until 4: 00 in the afternoon. So the only way out of the day was given and as the breeze was going to end up falling it was decided not to make a second sleeve.

The only test was won by the Rán Racing. The Swedes keep their sweet moment after winning the fourth test of the 52 Super Series season in Porto Cervo last June. The manga was disputed with the Alegre of Andrés Soriano. For the English shipowner this second position tastes to glory as in Porto Cervo they broke the stick and have had to go against watch to put back the stick of last season. Although wearing an older gear today they have competed very well and only gave in the last stern to the ship of Zennström although they understand that an error in their first step through the buoy of barlovento cost them their sleeve.

The three ships that fight for the title of the season Azzurra, Quantum and Platoon arrived in third, fourth and fifth position so they maintain their enchantment battle for being the best sailboat of the 52 Super Series in 2017.

Bronenosec had a problem in the first dyed and fell to the last place of the fleet in the first step by barlovent. However, he was able to recover some of the lost in a last stern where he went on the right side of the field and recovered two positions. The classification in Puerto Portals after the first day is as follows:

1. Rán Racing (Niklas Zennström, SWE), (1) 1 point
2. Alegre (Andrés Soriano GBR / USA) (2) 2
3. Azzurra (Roemmers family, ITA / ARG), (3) 3
4. Quantum Racing (Doug DeVos, USA), (4) 4
5. Platoon (Harm Müller-Spreer, GER), (5) 5
6. Provides (Ergin Imre, TUR) (6) 6
7. Bronenosec (Vladimir Liubomirov, RUS), (7) 7
8. Sled (Takashi Okura, USA), (8) 8
9. Gladiator (Tony Langley, GBR) (9) 9
