Today, the National Cup has been held in the Bay of Blanes, a traditional race for teams framed within the World Championship of Europe, which is held after the Open Week and as a preamble to the World Cup of the European class that is inked next Friday. The Danes team formed by Kristian Praest, Anders Brandi, Anna Livbjerg and Anna Munch has been the winner of this edition of The Nation Cup. It has been a very hard test, where the teams have sailed with a 'rise' wind between 90 and 105th, with a pressure of between 6 and 8 knots.

The National Cup is a team race among the regatists selected by their preparers to represent the country for which they compete. Its format is of liguilla, (a 'all against all'), with 'match' between two teams in a first phase, with short races, of about 10 minutes where the coordination and tactic of the teams involved is tested. The two best teams after the six round of the league are fighting the final race that gives the typolo of champions of this test. The leguilla has been won by the Spanish team, which has added 6 wins, as much as possible. They were followed by the Danish team with 5 wins, and the Swedish and Norwegian teams with 4 wins each, so they went to the final Spain and Denmark. In the final race, the Danes have been imposed by 2-0, in a round of three races. The teams from Denmark, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland and France participated in this edition.
