The Formula Kite Spanish Cup is held in Denia from July 6 to 9, the first time a class recognized by the World Sailing will compete in a national event of the Royal Spanish Vela Federation with the technology of "hydroloils." The Marina El Portet Sports Club, based in the Marina El Portet marina, will be the organizer of this historic event for the Spanish sailing with the collaboration of Grupo Navega, leader in the creation and organization of international nautical events and Costa Blanca KiteSchool, specialist in Formula Kite in Spain.

The Alicantino municipality of Denia, will host the Copa de España Formula Kite 2017 offering its waters and its privileged winds so that the participants in this competition will have the honour of being the first champion of a Spanish cup where it is navigated with "hydroloils."
