The Spanish Maritime Institute launches "nautical charter" courses
The Spanish Maritime Institute, announced for the next month of October an interesting course on the nautical charter, from 23 to 27 October. The Institute is aware that the market for recreational nautical is a sector with a high projection... and the rental market consolidates its position as a tractor of the demand of the nautical sector, with a growth of the registration for commercial use (charter) of 39,1% compared with the previous year.
Why this course
It is therefore a booming sector that requires qualified professionals who can efficiently manage their economic and human resources within the company and know the regulatory framework of important activity that moves.
Objectives
The course will allow attendees to know:
- The chartering environment in Europe and Spain
- How to create a nautical chartering company
- The regulatory framework of the nautical chartering: administrative, legal, fiscal and labour
- The operation of vessels: fixed costs, variables, lease arrangements
- Insurance and accidents
- At the end of the course, students will make a practical case that will enable them to implement all the knowledge they have acquired.
Student profile
Nautical clubs, sports, nautical and dealership ports, brokers, management agencies, nautical schools, reference and repair companies, entrepreneurs, water chartering companies and all companies offering services to them (offices, insurance corridors, etc.) as well as owners of competent ships and administrations. The student who has successfully completed the course will receive the accreditation for the training received. The diploma will be issued by the Spanish Maritime Institute.
