The First 40.7 Cafés Granell, under the grympola of the Real Club Náutico de Valencia and armed by Agustín Granell, is the new Autonomical champion of Height 2017 after the closing of the valedera race yesterday and that has been part of the sports program of the Club Náutico Culera within its regatta Ruta del Gramantol, trophy that has also been for the Valencian ship.

The race began on Thursday, with a short delay on the schedule. Already at that time, with the 050º wind and 6-7 knots of intensity, it was already a warning that it would be a journey very complicated by the little wind, as it has been since the last ship, Espoir, to take the line of arrival did it at 16: 11: 40 hours on Friday 16, investing little more than 28 hours in completing the 81.1 nautical miles between Culera and Formentera.

The first ship to take the line of arrival in Formentera was the Llevit Blau Regata (CN Culera) of Victoria Vives, being its time of arrival at 08: 00: 44 hours, completing the route between Culera and Formentera in 19 hours and 22 minutes. After Vives' boat, the next to take the arrival line was Cafés Granell, with a difference of about 30 minutes. The third in real time was Slainte, whose arrival occurred at 08: 48: 41 on Friday.

After obtaining the compensated times, the title of the Autonomical champion has been in the Valencian Cafés Granell (RCN Valencia) of Agustín Granell, who also awarded the XIII Regata de Altura Ruta del Gramantol. The podium was completed with Llevit Blau Regata and Slaite, both of the nautical Cullera.

15 / 06 / 2017: The XIII Gramantol Route High Regata begins in Culera

The Nautical Club of Culera organizes one of its important dates, such as the XIII High Route Regata of the Gramantol of Culera. A test that will take place between Culera and Formentera, being on this occasion a regata valedera for the Autonomical Championship of High Cruises of the Federation of Sailing of the Valencia Community. As for the level of participation, it will be around 25 to 30 ORC ships, since there are still ships to complete the inscriptions and the deadline is closed on the evening.

Among those who are now in one of the podium squares are the Cafés Granell de Agustín Granell; Sirius VI de Francisco José Moratal Margarit, both of the Real Club Náutico de Valencia; Crysel (RCN Gandia) of Miguel Cebollla; Yandara (Pobla Marina) of José Orts; IDUS (CN Oliva) of Jorge Enrique Ferrada or the local Llevit Blau Regata of José Vives or Barbablu of Carlos Enrique Pavia among others.

The exit top has been set at 11: 00 on Thursday in the vicinity of the nautical Culera. If the wind conditions are optimal, the first, the fastest, units are expected to reach Formentera on the evening of Thursday, June 15. The trophy delivery is scheduled for Friday 16 in the Port of La Savina, an event that will take place around 21: 30.
