The Barcelona Nautical Hall plans to have 260 exhibitors
The Barcelona International Nautical Hall, which will take place from 11 to 15 October in Port Vell, will bring together the largest offer of the country's sports and recreational nautical. More than 260 exhibitors, more vessels in the water, especially catamarans, and a multitude of products and services related to the world of the sea are expected to be present. The broad programme of activities will include technical talks, presentations, workshops and playful proposals for all audiences. The 56th edition of the International Nautical Hall of Barcelona, organized by Fira de Barcelona with the collaboration of Anen (the National Association of Nautical Enterprises), unfolds candles and, four months from its opening, the pace of marketing of spaces is progressing at a good pace. At this stage, more than 75% of the exhibition area has already been sold, which represents a 5% increase over the last edition at this stage and the main companies in the sector are already in place.
The president of the Nautical Hall, Luis Conde, has emphasized that "one more edition the hall will again reaffirm its position as a leading competition in Spain and southern Europe and will demonstrate its potential as the main commercial and meeting platform of the sector." For his part, the director of the Nautical Hall, Jordi Freixas, values "very positively that at this point the 70% reserved space barrier has been passed, which confirms the recovery of the sector after complicated years."The living room will occupy the Mill d'Espanya and the Mill de la Fusta del Port Vell, where the floating sample will be located, with boats from 8 meters in length, as well as the ground exposure, with the main new, products and nautical services such as engines, electronic elements, paintings, candles, or trailers, among others.
Activities for professionals and fans
Another year, the living room will again have several thematic areas where many activities will be developed, both for professionals and for the general public: the Espai del Mar (conferences and days), the Traditional Marina (workshops and exhibition of classic boats), the Fun Beach (water sports), and the Nautic Food Plaza and OneOcean Club gastronomic spaces.
