Controverted decision of the Port of Valencia not to renew the Nautico de Gandia

70 years of work for the nautical and the Gandia, have not been taken into account in the face of a pious private offer
A controversial decision that can set a serious precedent in the Spanish nautical area, that the Harbour Authority of Valencia decided to deny the request of the Royal Nautical Club of Gandia to renew the administrative concession of its facilities and water sheet located in the marina of the capital town of La Safor Valenciana... in a very controversial and unprecedented performance have decided to literally remove from its facilities one of the most emblematic clubs of the Valencia Community, to grant it to a private company such as Alcara, whose visible head is Francisco Herrero Paris, who in another time was management of the Club of Gandia...
Politicians have opted for private initiative in the light of only a hypothetical profitability... because they claim a promise of investment of about six million euros... which is a priori a real dispurpose that has not gone unnoticed for the nautical that is very concerned with this decision of very dubious justification... sources close to the collectives and associations of the world, have told ND its deepest unease on the matter: "They want to charge themselves to the clubs and therefore to those who encourage the sport... to those who generate it by keeping the sports schools in deficit of sailing, rowing, pyragüismo... which is where the athletes and the Olympic medals come from... that is, when all the politicians (whatever the sign they are) are get, they take on the successes with total brazen... private companies are aimed at the profitability of their investments, exclusively... it brings them to the pairo, except for certain exceptions, the sport and the sports successes... we have to defend the clubs or they are the system, looking for a profitability of the management of a hidden area that will not be used in the public administration.
What is clear, in any case, what has happened in Valencia is a full-fledged attack on the Spanish nautical, and the clubs must be more united and stronger... because the ignorance of the political class in the subject is manifest, worshipped by a latent hatred of everything that means to sea... so it has been in our history as a country, for the action of the different governments of Spain in the tunnel of time for all the marine... and the eye that this decision that has been made by those who rule in the Port of Valencia (PSOE and Compromis), has counted us in the connivence as it is of this solemn and of the Spanish port... we are more of this great concern... Our total solidarity with the Royal Nautical Club of Gandia.
According to Levante, the directive of the Royal Nautical Club of Gandia has not lost a second in wanting to make visible its protest for the decision of the Harbour Authority of Valencia (APV) to reject its proposal to renew the concession of the public space they occupy and to give it to the company Alcara SL, represented by Francisco Herrero. The entity that presides Daniel Vidal has called "to the partners, friends, athletes, family members of workers and companions of the rest of the nautical clubs, associations and sports federations" to a concentration on Monday at 11: 00 in the morning at the same club facilities. A few meters from there and an hour later, the visit of the president of the APV, Aurelio Martínez, who, together with Mayor Diana Morant, will open the walk that has been built on the Escolera.
