The Spanish Olympic Committee and the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation in the event of presentation of the competitions selected to be part of the second edition of the Program of Support to Sports Competitions of the Valencia Community

Each of the 20 federations that have scheduled a competition in one of the three provinces of the Valencia Community will receive a fixed aid of up to 10,000 euros, in the case of national competitions, and up to 25,000 euros, in the case of international ones (depending on the needs in each particular case). In addition, there are a number of variable incentives, depending on the number of national participants from outside the Community or foreign countries.

Alejandro Blanco has praised initiatives of these characteristics that promote the development of Spanish sport and help to promote the Valencia Community as one of the main venues for the celebration of the sports competitions organized by the Spanish sports federations."I want to thank Juan Roig and the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation for all they do for Spanish sport and for Spanish society. When we quantify everything you do, it's something that Spanish sport can never forget.", explained Alejandro Blanco. The president of the COE also thanked the presidents of the federations for their involvement.

The director of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation, Elena Tejedor, was satisfied with the start of the second edition of the PAC CV: "It is a pleasure for us to be able to have partners like the Spanish Olympic Committee to develop projects. It is a quality and commitment insurance and the PAC CV is an example of this. It is an opportunity for us to have 20 major national and international competitions and we are going to turn to them. We are very happy that these competitions are, in some way, part of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation in the coming year... in the Valencia Community many competitions were held and with this initiative of the PAC CV we wanted to help to sort out the calendar, in the hands of the COE and the Federations, and to get great competitions to choose the Community as a place of celebration."
