The youngest were featured at the Super Junior Skoolsurf of the FESurfing Cup

Fourth meeting of the "FESurfing Cup 2017" in the Junior category where more than 130 athletes from all communities enjoyed an intense day of competition on the Asterian beach of Xagó... where the Super Junior Skoolsurf was held in a 4-star trial of the FESurfing Cup and can be seen for the Guajes circuit promoted by the Federation of Surf and Bodyboard of the Province of Asturias. The test was held on a long and intense day of surfing on the beach of Xagó which, as always, showed the consistency and regularity to which we are used. Great atmosphere throughout the day and a high level of surfing by the younger, who are increasingly competing from earlier ages and demonstrate their abilities while learning to run in the field of competition. Surprising classification of the young Basque Kai Odriozola who managed to get into the podium in category sub 18.

The Super Junior Skoolsurf, crowned in the different categories that were disputed: Kike Súarez (male Sub18); Isabel Gundín (female Sub 18); Sean Gunning (male Sub 16); Sara Urrestri (female Sub 16); Nestor García (male Sub 14); Alejandra Garcia (female Sub 14); Kai Odriozola (male Sub 12); Nora Álvarez (female Sub12) and Kenya López in Sub 10. The FESurfing Cup in the Junior category is now preparing its next meeting with the views on which it will be the reigning of the circuit: The Spanish Surf Championship to be held in Ferrol between June 26 and July 2.
