José Manuel Loredo essential in the recent history of the Maritime

Sad news that my friends at the Royal Abra Maritime Club gave me last Saturday: Josemanu has died... José Manuel Loredo Mutiozábal one of the most brilliant president of the Club has left us. Vasco one hundred percent, with a solid business formation forged at the prestigious University of Deusto, Loredo had his Club and the candle present in his daily work. His inseparable companion was another of the legendary: José Luis Azqueta Galíndez "Tacos" who left us a few years ago. His floating precious, the "Shoot yourself." a beautiful classic sailing ship of 20 meters in length, in which quality and marine beauty were breathed.

President one and I compress another, and vice versa, have written between the two many pages of glory in the Maritime of the Abra, as did two other great presidents in the last stage of the Club: Jorge Churruca or Javier Cardenal, predecessors of them. The Maritime is a great family, in which as a prominent example of Basque society, Reigns respect and camaraderie... so it is very difficult to give one or the other the merits in the daily work of the entity... nor would they like, sure... what is true is that both have managed to create this majestic building that the Maritime has, have managed to generate regats such as the Costa Vasca, to organize great events with category of Europeans or world, have supported the great José Luis de Ugarte to participate in the World Tour, have supported another great one to Unai Basurko, have created one of the best sailing schools in the country as is the José Luis School of Ugarte, have been improved with an excellent port, so that we can be in the morning.

José Manuel Loredo to be no less than his fellow presidents, has in his life been a true gentleman... a lord... a friend of his friends... when they gave me the news, the sad news the communicator, the good friend and excellent sports fisherman Doro Rodero He said to me by ws: Manolo has left us the most elegant cane of the Cantabric!.
