The weather has led to two fantastic days of races organized by the Nàutic Garraf Club

On April 22 and 23, the Garraf Nautical Club hosted the 29er Championship of Catalonia, a competition that was perfectly developed due to the completion of the established programme of 8 very intense races and with a great task of the Organizing Committee. The wind and weather accompanied a fantastic spring situation. On the first day the wind conditions were tougher and the positions of the races were calmed, on the second day with less wind intensity the positions and the races were more tactical. After two days of race, the crew of Albert Gelpí of the Níutic Balis Club and Alex Boquet of the Níutic Garraf Club, followed also by the crews of Garraf: Nil Mas and Fran Nuñez and Tania Bonilla and Nuria Miró, who are the current Spanish champions of 29. The youth winners were Alicia Fras and Maria Gonzalez of Club Nàutic Cambrils.

The vice president and comedian of Club Nàutic Garraf, Rafa Moron, the sports director, Toni Rivas, and as representative of the Catalan Vela Federation, Fransoc de Haro were present at the awards.
