We informed you days ago about the request for rectification of the Galician Vela Federation, publishing it immediately as our democratic obligation... and we also announced that the issue would not be there... We were obviously saying that because NAUTICA DIGITAL would continue to investigate and ask the other party for its opinion on this published letter signed by Manuel Villaverde. We are therefore going with these statements, which are the opinions of Mr. Pérez Olmedo, and in which we do not go in or out, we only inform as it is our obligation... from our atalaya of independence and of the maximum with respect to the courts of justice, the Galician Federation of Vela and the Sres. Pérez Olmedo, Manuel Villaverde or Fernando Giraldo, or others involved in this unpleasant episode for the Galician candle, which I hope will close as soon as possible with the maximum doses of satisfaction of all involved. These are the views of the other side:

1) The President of the Galician de Vela Federation shall clarify all possible irregularities before the judges
For example, the "Ozoaqua" boat was not only sanctioned by rule 69 during the 2015 Interclubs Regata, being disqualified in all the tests... but the Royal Spanish Federation of Vela decided in favour of the "Ozoaqua" ordering its reclassification, in addition to qualifying the punitive procedure against the boat, as plagued and irregularities and expressly nuanced that it is not the competence of the race judge, to apply rule 69... yet that was supported by the president of the FGV, in addition to Mr. Giraldo. The president of the FGV himself signed and sent a letter to the nautical clubs throughout Galicia, and especially to those of Portonovo, Sanxenxo and Aguete; warning them that they should not be allowed to register in the races organized in those clubs to "Ozoaqua" or any other, if it appeared as pattern Mr. Pérez Olmedo. In our possession we have documents (email) directed from the above-mentioned nautical clubs, NOT ADMITTING THE INCRIPTION OF THE "OZOAQUA" BARK _ The last race in which his registration was prohibited was at the 2016 Christmas Regata in Aguete.

2) Other aspects of the FGV rectification request published by ND
It is absolutely true that Mr. Giraldo and Mr. Villaverde have been appointed judge and executioner. It is curious that the appointments of the members of the court of appeal, which finally confirmed the initial sanction, were denied precisely by Mr. Giraldo when he testified at the hearing. The judgement nullifies the decision of the Disciplinary Committee, precisely because the irregularities detected by the judge of the Administrative Contingent are very serious, but it would not, of course, rule out nullity. As regards point 6, it is a declaration of a party's legitimate interpretation. It should not be forgotten that the judgement resolves that the parties, FGV and Disciplinary Committee, are the ones who lose the lawsuit, and they lose it because the judge sees that things have not been done well, although he gives another option to the Committee by rectifying its initial criterion and, this time correctly and in accordance with law, fulfilling its task.
