The Sotogrande Navy has hosted the season's first motoronautics competition. The Endurance boats have been the protagonists of a day that, disobeying the forecasts, has maintained good weather conditions for the course of the tests. Three categories have been formed to compete: Boat Production, Promotion and Class B.

At 1: 00 noon, the first of the two planned departures was given by defining a first classification. The Montes de Oca brothers, Fernando López, and Eugenio Falcón and Lola Armas, have crossed the finish line in their respective categories after a total of 10 turns and 30 nautical miles. A break to restore strength and at 17h have returned to the water to proclaim the final champions. In this case a total of 12 laps have been completed within a set time of 50 minutes.

With the results of both tests, he has been the team of the brothers Montes de Oca, current world champions, the winners in the Class Boat Production category. The local Fernando López, who has arrived with the title of the world's subchampion, has been victorious in the Promotion class. The Canaries Eugenio Falcó and Lola Armas, have managed to rise to the top of the podium in Category S.

First punctuable test for the 2017 Spanish Championship, as well as for that of Andalusia, throughout this weekend in Gaditan waters of San Roque, in Puerto Sotogrande. For the time being, three "Class Boat Production" (Rubén Ruiz Monte de Oca- Francisco Acedo Montes de Oca, Francisco Javier García Plazuelo - José Manuel Pardo Herrera and Mario Angel del Río Sanz), five "Class Promotion" (Fernando López Salinas- Sergio Gómez Narváez, José María Izquierdo, Juan Antonio López Molina, José Luis Antúnez Fernández and José Lorenzo Gomez - Yeray Daniel Lorenzo de Amorín), and three "Class S" (Eugenio Falcón Reyesola - José José Antonio López, Alberto Gillerta - Jónas - José García, and Ramirez - José José Lorenzo.

The sports test shall be governed by the UIM (International Motonautical Union) Regulation in the Class Boat Production, Class Promotion, Class S1 and S2 categories and shall be divided into two punctual sleeves.

Hours
The "padock" will be opened at 2: 00 p.m. by Friday, 16: 00. The "pilot meeting" will be held before 18.15. On Saturday the opening will be at 9 in the morning, to hold the training from 10.30 to 11.45. At 12: 00 the competition begins with the first sleeve, at 16: 30 will mark the beginning of the second, and at 6: 00 the closing ceremony will take place.
