The Olympic Week of the Comunitat Valenciana, a race of Olympic and youth classes that will be held between 9 and 12 March at the headquarters of the Real Club Nautico de Torrevieja and Real Club de Regatas de Alicante, the latter being today who has hosted the official presentation of the race. An event that has had the presence of the Olympic, Iván Pastor (RS: X) and Jesús Rogel (Laser Standard), in addition to other personalities, highlighting the presidents Juan Rodriguez, of the Alicante RCR; Germán Soler, of the Torrevieja RCN; José Martínez, of the Federation of Vela de la Comunitat Valenciana, in addition to Fanny Serrano, Second Lieutenant of Mayor and Tourism Council of the municipality of Torrevieja.

Both have made special reference to how important it is to be able to have such a race in the Valencian Community: "The Community could not stay behind or outside this Olympic circuit, so we thank all those involved in this important and interesting project for the bet made in the clubs of Alicante and Torrevieja".
